The only issue I have is when I called the location, she said she could not help me over the phone?? I was driving at the time, headed to get the camper and was trying to secure the spot. It’s crazy how customer service is almost no more!!

Best Place to Store Stuff!!

I was very impressed by Angela's way of taking care of so many people at once and staying so pleasant even when a lady came in yelling at her for something someone else did. Angela stayed calm and pleasant and took care of everyone. She is definitely an asset to your company.

After everything the 2 public storages put me through on Reno in OKC , Angela was awesome. We are moving from Texas to Ok and my daughter and her clicked. She is very friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable of her job. If anyone asked I would refer them to her location. But not any other public storage which was horrible. It's worth a few miles to go out the way to get to this public storage.

I signed up online, and received a call pretty quickly about setting up an appointment to go in and sign paperwork. I was able to go in a day earlier than my appointment and that was no problem.
Ashley was wonderful! Very informative and extremely efficient! Ashley took the time to show me a unit so I knew if it was the correct size or not. The site is very clean, which is important to me. The only con I can think of is it would be nice if you could access your storage later than 9:00p. Overall, I am pleased with the customer service, storage unit and price. Thank you!

Wonderful Customer service
We needed a storage unit within a short time frame and they recommded different units and theirs locations based on theirs fluctuation of pricing based on walking and reservations online! We saved a lot of money by reserving online and got an indoor unit close to where we're staying until we find our dream home! They have all the packing boxes and tape you need as well too, a bit pricier than finding them elsewhere but if you need a certain type of box they'll have it!!

Extremely helpful and courteous
Reserved a unit on line, however upon arrival that particular unit was not available (do to the computers being down). Also this particular location would not be able to accommodate the large delivery truck. We went to the next location where we were met by Cynthia (I believe that was her name) who was extremely helpful in finding a unit that that was available and able to accommodate the large truck. Everyone we have met at Public Storage has been very courteous and helpful. Great people
