Helpful Office, No-Contact Process
This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, and Public Storage Aloha made it an easy and straightforward process. I was able to sign everything online right away, spoke to a friendly and helpful staff member over the phone to answer questions, and then they had the unit ready and waiting for me with a lock the next day. The app is also extremely handy for gate access without having to get out of the car or memorize combinations! I would highly recommend this location for its friendly staff, low cost storage, and COVID/accessibility-friendly services.

Overall very good option for most people.
Excellent facility!
The only thing lacking at this site is tall ceilings.
If you need more than about 9 or 10 feet of height make sure to measure the height of your items and
then measure the height of the (specific) shed unit you want to rent. All storage sheds vary a tiny bit
at any facility. Ask to see all the available units in the size you are looking to rent.

Really good facility really good staff running the facility the only thing I would suggest is make it till somebody signs up for storage unit 2 days before the end of the month they're just rolled into the next month

I'm very happy with this company as...
I'm very happy with this company as long as they don't increase rates as I chose a price to sell unit which nobody wanted way in the back of the lot where'd is very very windy and cold. However at the price rate this is what I am looking for so please keep this price the same! If it goes up my review will change.

No Itemized Bills on charges.
I booked on 31st of Dec. with the $1 rate for the first month, I opted for $11 insurance, and I ended up paying $65 for the first month, when asked about the details they said the calculation starts from 1st so we need to charge for 1 day.. This seems like cheating when you keep the prices for marketing please mention the pay dates and make things clear. I am still not sure how $65 was calculated as there was no Itemized bills provided to me saying what money is for what. I was in hurry hence I didn't had any other option.

The lady at the front desk was an absolute peach when helping me pick out the correct unit for my family's belongings. I ended up having to trade my reservation for another unit while at the office, but everything went over smoothly. I left feeling confident that my belongings are safe.

I would give them more stars if there were any more. My experience overall was 100 percent positive. I have never felt so important to anyone I've done business with like I did here. Suzanne was wonderful and very friendly and what an awesome customer service experience. She went over and above what she would normally be expected to do. I didn't even end up renting after all and I was still treated with the utmost respect in every aspect. I am disabled and it's hard for me to get around and my second visit after she saw me struggling to walk, she came to me. What more can you ask for. Their prices are very reasonable and they have move in specials for new customers which are absolutely amazing. The place is clean, good atmosphere and Suzanne. ?? If you are looking to rent a storage unit where you will be treated like an important customer, look no further. Public Storage in Aloha is it. I will not even question my decision if I need a storage unit in the future because Public Storage is where it's at. You will not be disappointed.

I was in Public Storage recently trying to determine the size of a storage unit I would need. Suzanne was fabulous at helping me figure out the size I would need for the amount of belongings I have. If I decide to rent, this is definitely where I will go.
Had to go back in recently and received the same great customer service from Suzy. Wish more businesses had employees like this!

Very thorough
Very thorough, showed the unit before renting to insure it was in good condition. Excellent customer service. Prices are too high in Oregon overall, and I didn't like that I had to buy yet another lock since they are switching to the in the door locks. Also having to pay rental insurance is mandatory. I think it should be optional but all storage places have it now.
