Great facility
We viewed the storage unit and decided we needed a bigger one. They were kind enough to assist us with this at a great deal! We were able to fit our entire household including a twin bed in here easily.

All was well
Reservation was ready to go we were in and out. Used the free loaner truck, needs work but it was free! Storages are without power and lights understandably however the front desk staff gave us portable lighting. I left the hazards on while unloading and the battery went dead once again the front desk staff came through gave us a jump and we were done.

I showed up by myself with a piece of heavy furniture and was disappointed to discover that my unit was on the second floor and there were no elevators. Seems odd for a storage facility. But the staff was nice and the place was clean.

Pretty typical of what one would expect from a storage facility.
I'm not so happy that we can't return the cylinder lock that they sell for $10. They failed to toell me over the phone that I could not use a normal pad lock that I need some special lock or the cylinder one that is pretty much only usable on these units. Other then that the unit is fine, clean, dry. What more could you ask for.

Clean but annoying stairs
This place was clean, and the attendant was nice. My only concerns were the stairs are difficult to navigate to the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is smelled like Raid or pesticides of some kind and gave me a headache. Clean is good, but maybe it doesn't have to be antiseptic to the point of being poisonous. Probably most people don't mind. Oh, no lights in the units. Bring a flashlight.

Pretty simple and clean
Facilities were clean and as described, but up obnoxious stairs. There are no lights in the units, so bring a flashlight. I didn't realize it wasn't 24hr access, so I'm bummed about that. I could smell recent pesticides, which makes in hard to breathe. No reason to toxify all your stored items with pesticides! that stuff doesn't wash off. The customer service person was nice, The check-in was long, tho.

We are happy with the storage facility and the people were quite helpful. It would have been nice to know about the particular lock that was required before I purchased one ahead of time. The lack of a light would be less of an issue if the ones in the hallway were all lit. Overall we are satisfied.

So far, I'm satisfied with my experience with Money Saver Gresham. The location is easy to get to and the cost is fair for the size of storage (10x10) that I ended up choosing after being allowed to view both the 7.5x10 and 10x10 units. My only complaint: there is no light inside of the unit (except for the 10x15)! I wasn't aware of this until the day before the movers were scheduled to deliver my stuff and who would think to ask such a question? Guess I'll settle for a battery operated push-light.
