A gap at bottom to the left of door for rats to enter.
There is rat poison in the unit which is disturbing.
I hope no one will mind if we seal an opening at the bottom and to the left of the door. Very poor construction. Cheap. The young woman working there is wonderful. Her name is Ashley. She does a super job of customer service.

Could use moving carts
9 o’clock is tight with no moving carts would speed up move time otherwise great

It's a pretty good facility.
My only gripe is the fact that the office closes at 6pm, but the facility is open until 9pm. So I need to use a cart, I have to be done before 6pm since they're kept in the office in exchange for an ID. I was lucky the other day that I was able to catch the employee before he went on his 'state mandated hour lunch.' I know what a lunch break is, but why are they taking it the hour before the office closes? I was told that I should just buy a hand truck from Home Depot... All in all it's a clean, nice facility.

New, clean and very secure.
I found the facility to be very secure with extra safety measures. They had anything you’d want to make move in easier (carts, packing materials and locks for sale, spacious elevators). Overall a good place.

Clean, good pricing, BRING SPECIFIC LOCK OR BUY THEIRS
Overall I was happy with the 50% off for 4 months on a 10'x10'. The place was clean. You better bring your own dolly. The ones they provide are 3' x 3' and pretty worthless for trying to get a load on them. Also, I was going to move in about a week later so my unit was totally empty. They told me while signing the paperwork that I'd need to go buy my own lock of a certain type or buy their Chinese lock for $14. I was not happy about that at all. A very bad policy especially since there was nothing in my storage unit. The locks probably cost them all of $4. Not happy about that at all. Other than those things, it's not a bad place. I might rent from them again if I need to and I'll have my own lock to bring!

It was an answer to our prayers on a very sad day.
My dear friend was in hospice and I needed to remove my art pieces from her house. It was something we share and developed together. An end of a precious time. Trojan storage, was new, clean, close by and the special rates was as answer to prayer because we had to hire people and a uhaul to help us. Thank you from our hearts!

Easy experience
I found the a storage unit through self-storage. This website allowed me to compare all of the storage spaces in the area and provided me an outstanding price for the unit.

Great storage, annoying loading
Buildings are clean, staff friendly, place secure. There's a locked gate, which is great.
Then another locked loading door that closes between each box you're unloading so you have to grab the box, put it down, put in your code, pick up box and head inside. Repeat code 500 times. Feels like loading area should be easy to... You know, load.

Amazing staff awesome unit
Came in looking for a unit to rent while I move Christine was super friendly offering me a drink and so much more. Moving supplies are cheap but the units are so clean and security is top notch. Been to a lot of storage places in my life this is by far the best one
