Very good service getting this all going, including using the move in truck to get us moved in. The only problem was the lack of an elevator. To be very fair, she warned me on showing me the unit, almost right up front. So she was doing what she could. But they should put an elevator in, and it would be easier to service customers by having one in the buildings. They are large buildings and could justify having elevators for the 2nd floor units. Also, a plus, and a first ever for me, is every unit is individual alarmed. Which makes sense, given the location and neighborhood (don't get me started on the degradation of PDX as a whole in the past 3-4 decades), but that was new to me, and made me glad I no longer live in PDX, and got out almost 2 decades ago now! I recall when that neighborhood was very safe and secure. Now it's not, and alarms like that are mandatory. So I'm glad they have those on my unit there.

Disaster

Booked me by burned down area and told me it floods. Elevator advertised is not functional, and hasn't been since fire? Staff should be helping walk things upstairs if they're falsely advertising elevator.

Burned down on half of the middle building, was told second floor floods, booked on second floor by for that leads to burned side. Told there was elevator, and it is not in service, but that is not online or told during signing contact. Nightmare scenario

One building was literally BURNED DOWN, there was clearly meth-users about the area, I had to pay 100$ more than i was supposed to, and had to move all of things without a dolly cart, I'm terrified of leaving my stuff there more than until then end of this month. I would LOVE A REFUND! this experience was shockingly bad.

Very friendly staff and good security

The only thing I didn't like about this facility is that there are no lights in the storage unit itself, just in the hallway outside, so it's a little hard to see when you're 15 feet inside. It does have an alarm that's deactivated when you put in your personal gate code and then rearmed when you put in your code to leave, so that's comforting to know.

The managers are great people! They are helpful, courrious, and friendly. The units are clean and hallways adequate. Just a note to share: - They offer use of a moving van! A four hour, scheduled use is a big plus. But, they did not mention it was a one time deal, wish i had known, i would have filled it up. Still a good deal. - No lighting inside units

I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. The unit was available and we were able to use the facility moving truck at no charge and did not even have to fill up with gas. The first month was half off as well. What a great facility, friendly people, great value and extremely accommodating.

Needed Inexpensive Storage ASAP!

I used the Sparefoot facility locator service. The operator on the callback was very helpful and understanding given my situation. Even though JCMS was not the closest, they had a great 50% off first months rent deal. I reserved an upper 5x5 unit for Friday on Tuesday in mid-October. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to get there until Monday. Upon arrival with my truck, Elaine informed me the unit had been rented out. She offered me an upper 5X10, pro-rated to the end of the month, plus half-off the next month. This worked out really well, as a 5X5 is a lot smaller than I thought. Overall, I received a galaxy of stars worth of TRUE customer service, and am very satisfied with JCMS. TTFN - Tabby

Needed someplace between work & home

I contacted the facility online. The response was very quick. The managers Mike & Elaine are so nice and so helpful. Mike showed me two units as he was asking what types of things I needed to store. Turns out I needed a smaller unit per Mike's recommendations. Used the free truck. What a huge "Money Saver". Thank You All So Much!

False Advertising, Horrible Customer Service

Firstly, the website I found the Money Saver on advertised $65 per month, with first month free. The elevators are included as a feature. Yet, when I went there, the "cheap" unit was way in the back and it had stairs only. So I inquired about the $65 unit, for which I already reserved, and he said, "nope, that is $82. You cannot get a deal and an elevator for $65 per month". FALSE advertising and a very rude dude! I will never go back!

The process of renting a storage unit with Money Saver Johnson Creek was excellent from start to finish. My initial call to the facility was packed with all the information I needed to know as well as some great unexpected extras regarding current pricing specials. The paperwork was clear, the tour was complete, the instructions for access clearly explained. The whole process was only extended by my enjoying their extra delicious popcorn (Orville Redenbacher) and their really sweet dog. Very, very nice people.

I reserved a unit on line for 69.00 but when I got there I discovered that was for an upstairs unit. I would have done more looking had I know that. I ended up with a unit for 85.00 butt will be looking for a cheaper unit for when my contract with you is up.
