Good price
This was my first time renting a storage unit. Everything went well with payment and customer service. My only complaint is the outside maintenance. There were several screws/ nails on the ground outside of my unit. I was worried about driving through with my personal vehicle.

Seamless storage for out of state movers
My spouse and I recently moved to the Ephrata area from Houston, Texas. Stan and Michelle will exceptional about finding us storage for our belongings while we find a permanent residence. From the time I called to confirm they received my reservation to the time we started moving in, the manager I spoke to & worked with was EXCELLENT! Resonably priced, clean, pleasant service
I was very happy with how well-maintained the facility is. It's easily accessible, completely gated, and my storage area is accessible 24/7 by using a gate code. I was also happy with the friendly and timely service.
