Great customer service!
I needed to downsize and the customer service representatives were very good at following up on my initial inquiry and questions about completing one rental contract and starting a newer one. I appreciated their prompt action on getting me set up and loved the fact that their electronic account systems are very efficient. I looked at contract documents and talked to them while on the road and got the new unit ready for move in within a day.

Easy access and very clean. Staff is pleasant and efficient.
Needed a small unit to store garage items. This fits the bill. Very clean facility. Only downside is the amount of paperwork that needs to be done to move in.

Great customer service!
From the first phone call to reserve a unit, everyone was so eager to enhance my experience. The morning of, they even called to see if I needed anything. I really appreciated the level of care demonstrated which assured me that I made the right decision. Highly recommend this location!

Rude and unprofessional especially one of the many owners.
Refused my payment for a sick friend in the hospital. Refused to notify me of the personal family pictures and albums given to the auction company with a personal relationship to the facility. Listed under numerous names to avoid issues.

Although the website lacks clarity, the customer service hotline and managers at this location are very helpful. They assisted me with moving in partway through the month, and with accessing the storage facility for the first time on a Sunday, when there the office is closed.
