Helpful , friendly and efficient
Tamara and Frank were very helpful in setting me up with a 40 ft camper spot. My first time pulling a rig this big and Tamara came out in the baking hot July sun and assisted me backing in and circling the building! I appreciate the all in customer service.

The info I didn't receive prior to going to the unit would have been helpful. We have a climate controlled unit and no info was related to us where it was located in regards to the regular units. Then we had an issue with the unit not being able to be locked. We were not told to stomp on the door handle in order to lock it. That seemed rather odd. Other than that, we are satisfied. The pricing is definitely better than other places.

Easy to work with. Clean facilities
Excellent service. Staff very accomodating. Best prices. Very secure. Only complaint is that the transition from parking lot surface to the unit’s floor is not flat. There is a 1-2” step up to get into the unit. For a very heavy item on dollies, this now requires some sort of a ramp, or 2-3 friends, to get my item into the unit. Other than that, it’s a great place.

Basic storage ruined because someone broke into my unit
Prime Storage is a basic, budget storage provider. It's clean enough, but some of the doors are broken. You don't get much more than the essentials. They have been easy enough to work with and helpful enough after someone broke into my unit and messed up my stuff. But hard to really feel good about a place that didn't keep my belongings safe. I hope I can find my own place soon and get my stuff out!

The rent keeps going up and up. I would think they would want to keep existing customers and not chase them away. Last month I paid more than I did the month before with no late fees. I asked the office girl why and all she could say is it is the same amount you paid last month. No it's not I checked with the bank. Guess they just charge what they want and there is nothing I can do.

The best Customer Service Ever!
During our move we were running a little behind on our schedule. I called Prime Storage and let them know I wouldn't be seeing until 5 minutes after closing. The very nice lady waited for us and it truly amazed me. She has restored my faith in excellent customer service.

Ask A LOT of questions!
The storage facility is fine- very pleased with the cleanliness and safety of the physical space! Some advice from a "newbie": Make sure your online reservation matches the unit they give you, make sure you see the unit before signing your paperwork, and make sure you know how to get OUT of the storage facility (LOL!). Fortunately, management was very helpful in resolving these issues, but much of it could have been avoided if I had just asked the right questions. All is well now! :-)

The paperwork is a little misleading. There is a line that says Temp controlled unit, Yes No. Mine was marked Yes, but it turns out that Yes/No is for the line above it.

Awesome service! They let me move in a day early!!
David was fantastic!! He was so patient when we showed up a day early asking if we could move our stuff in right away. Not to mention I had my friendly yet rambunctious 3 year old daughter with me!! It didn't bother David one bit!!
I grabbed lots of cards to hand out because I was so blown away with it all. I tried calling 5 places before picking this one and everyone was rude. I'm glad I found the right place at such a great price!!

Nice people working, really clean, and organized.
The tour was really fast a easy to understand, it was easy to move all out stuff in the unit, we got all it done in time and didnt get locked in. We would totally pass word about prime self storage.
