Very Timely and Great Customer Service
My family moved to the area and needed a storage unit quickly, Littlestown Self Storage was very responsive and met our needs quickly. Their customer service is great and very timely. Great customer service.
The manager was very timely with her response to my questions and guided me through the whole process. She was also most patient! There was some problems with the E-documents but I can't be sure it wasn't a problem with the browser I was using. All in all, I'm very pleased with the experience.
