my biggest impression was Denise. She was so helpful and funny. We laughed thru most of the process. I used to work in the building when it was Macys. so she showed us around. Security is top notch.

I'm pleasantly surprised
I am a self confessed hoarder. I finally pushed myself to organize just about everything in my house. I searched all around my area for something with easy access and of course fair rates. This was by far more than I expected. Rates are at least a third of what others were charging. Very easy accessible from the highway as well as extremely easy to enter/exit the building. I do feel there are plenty of security precautions put in place. I feel confident my items will be protected from any outside influences. The building is SUPER CLEAN!! Everything upon check-in was explained by the staff. I was shown my unit before any forms were signed which made me feel I made the right decision.

After what seemed like an endless and frustrating search to find a storage facility that was clean, secure, climate controlled, and had large enough space, I finally found CubeSmart self storage...it checked every box I was looking for. The facility Quality is great. However, the site nor marketing literature doesn't state that renters insurance is mandatory. Nor do they provide information that your home owners or renters policy will likely cover your storage for a greater amount than $2,000 which is the coverage max for a 5x10 storage space and that in order not to pay the first month's insurance cost, you must bring your policy with you. Storage space for a 5ft x 10ft is not quite 5 x 10. They just round up the inside dimensions by 6 or less inches depending on which dimension. Drive through for unloading or accessing your storage is great. They need to supply carts in the middle of the building as well both ends of the building for customer convenience. One renter's practice try at unlocking your storage area with the Manager or other Employee would save about 5-10 minutes of struggling to open the lock and remove from locker on first attempt - or instruction sheet would be helpful. Overall, well designed. No Gate access hours after 10 PM nor before 6 AM Monday through Sunday. Great indoor climate controlled storage.

The customer service for Cube Smart is outstanding! They make it so easy to reserve a unit and change your reservation if necessary. The individuals working at the store were helpful, very nice, and easy to work with. The facility was impeccable in its cleanliness and I feel very comfortable about the security of my stored items. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a top-notch storage experience.

Easy access, clean, convenient, perfect unit size for college students
The 5X5 is perfect for a college student at Bucknell or Susquehanna needing to store their items over the summer. Climate controlled, easy to access, and clean environment. You can bring your own lock or buy on for under $18.
