Amazing and Reasonably Accessible
Been using this company for 6 years on and off now and I am very pleased. I just feel like I shouldn’t pay 57 a month when I chose a small unit for 25 a month. But other than that I will always come back and I always recommend people.

General Manager Shawn is the best
I went in there for the first time since I've rented storage 20 years ago and the car, the attentiveness, the help bc I'm handicapped with his gentleman ways, his ease of helping me with anything I needed including making sure I didn't fall bc I'm sick at this time and I wasn't doing well when there. He was so courteous, well spoken, so educated and just made this whole experience better for me. He found me a ground floor unit bc of my disabilities which was the same price for what I had originally wanted so to make sure since I'm disabled I was ok bringing things in and out without having anymore issues was everything to me. I believe Shawn who was not only handling the store he was physically at with me but he was working several and still able to take good care of me and my needs. I've never had a person in aa business setting ever give me this treatment so please give this guy a huge raise or bonus bc he made my life feel like it's going to be better instead of worse bc of my situation and the new move I'll be making. God bless

Convenient and easy to move in
Nice facility - very clean and easy to navigate. Its very convenient that you can park in their garage and use the moving trolleys to get your stuff to your unit - this made moving incredibly simple. A - happy I chose this location.

Great place!
Although you have to get the $12 insurance the unit pricing is the cheapest I've seen. They don't offer 24hr access so that's disappointing. Overall everyone is professional, knowledgeable and welcoming.

So far, So good!
Overall, my experience was painless and pleasant. My only gripe is that online it states that I have access until 7:00 pm, however it's actually 15 mins before this time. And the staff closes the loading area doors even before 6:45 pm. I was really unhappy with that aspect. I think that needs to be clarified online. Access times was one of the details I checked when deciding on a facility. When you're moving a large number of items that 15 mins can make a difference. But overall, the facility is clean, the staff was very friendly, and I felt that the price was very reasonable.

Everything was as expected except for price.
The price as advertised was much lower than what I had paid due to several fees such as insurance and administration fees, however I was happy with the unit so it did not thwart my willingness to rent. I hope in the future these are more clearly outlined to other patrons who are renting for the first time.

Great price, friendly service, decent space.
Just booked a small storage space to hold a few bins and boxes. Overall it's a good space for a good price. The only ding is there is a smell on the floor I am on. That said, was on a other floor looking at units and there was no funky smell.

I was really happy with the service - the manager made sure I saw the size of the unit before I signed the lease, and everything went pretty smoothly. Access hours are great and I'm pretty happy with security. Moving out if my apartment went pretty smoothly because of CubeSmart/Sparefoot
