Nicer than I was expecting
Neighborhood was nicer than I was expecting. The build-out (interior of the building) appears to be brand new, but you can see the original wood beams and floor. very cool. clean, easy, safe.

Storage unit & moving in day all went smoothly without a hitch.
The quick paperwork process along with the offer of your free truck rental was a valuable asset to my storage rental. The whole process was completed in four hours instead of eight. Lydia's assistance was also greatly appreciated. She explained all details and was very helpful to the process as well.

Easy online reservation process with a month free! Covered dock for unloading. Easy access to the two elevators. Lots of carts and shopping carts for transporting items.

Far too many hidden costs/fees. An $85 Unit will end up costing me around $100. "Free" truck is rarely available, and the $21.80 insurance fee is ridiculous, especially in that it only covers the deductible on the self-insured. (Full insurance at uhaul is $10, by comparison). There is no option for those without auto insurance.

Overall the facility is fine. I would recommend that they improve customer service. We rang the bell, waited for 2 minutes and no one showed up. After going to the front desk, it took more than 5 minutes for someone to come to greet us - then the person did not apologize for the delay.

This place rules!
This IS NOT your typical storage facility. It is brand new with unbeliveably tight security. Personnel are true professionals. This facility lacks for nothing; carts, lift in garage, 4-bay garage, huge elevators, well lit, clean. It's amazing.
