Easy and quick
Online booking makes the experience super quick, I had trouble finding the map on the confirmation emails but if you download the app makes everything so easy. I would say, there’s a reason I booked online and I got three calls from customer service to make sure everything was alright, I think one would’ve been enough. It was appreciated tho.

Getting a unit quick
This facility is very clean inside and out. Easily found my unit. Love the cute welcome bag. The unit itself was spotless inside. Everything was very easy to do with this facility. Thank you!!

Amazing customer service but I can't remember her name!
The lady who helped us was AMAZING she was so helpful and so kind and just overall made me want to be there she is amazing!! I rented I001 please let her know if you can find out who she is I asked her name and shook her hand but it was such a chaotic day but she came down when I had an issue in 5 mins she was right there she works or was working out of the Scioto office I believe snd my rental was at the place off of 33

Easy to get to from my home
My unit is close to the entrance so it was easy to pack boxes into.. also the coolest thing is I realized the number of my unit is my parents wedding anniversary date…

Main office was good. Person on duty at the facility the days I contracted and moved in was unresponsive. When I needed to call her, she never picked up the phone and never returned a call. I had to go through the main call center, then she called me back.

Easy, affordable and clean self storage
I'm very impressed with this facility. I was contacted because I had not finished my application (something interrupted me) and they gave me a phone call as a courtesy to see if I needed help to finish my application. when I arrived at the facility my lock and key were in the unit that I had purchased online and I had no contact with anyone at the facility in person. everyone that I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable and was friendly. Everything was explained to me and I had no issues.

Great Storage at a Competitive Price
We are in the process of getting our house ready for sale and needed a large storage unit. Found a10x20 unit here for an excellent price. All paperwork done over phone and online. Great customer service from the office. If you need storage this is a must see place.
