Great experience.

Impressed
Moved in late on a Saturday from out of state. The unit I picked was going to be too small but the manager found me a larger unit. She then went and changed all the paperwork while I stayed and supervised the unloading. I was impressed with her customer service. I know I kept her past the closing time. Very happy with Guardian.

Making a tough day a lot easier
I had only one day to load a 17 ft. truck in Maryland , drive to Washington PA , unload it at Guardian Storage and drive back to Maryland.Employees are very helpful. Recommended the storage unit size I would need for a 17 ft. truck and was right on. Also told me about a temporary labor place across the street where I could get help unloading the truck . I got two guys to help me at a very reasonable price. It was well worth it. I was also shown the building and how to get in and out of it.

Great Storage Facility and Great Employee
We needed a storage facility quickly after moving to Pittsburgh from FL when our Real Estate Agent dropped the ball on finding us a place to lease before buying a home. Well we called up Guardian and Jerry bent over backwards to assist us in getting a secure storage unit. Jerry is very professional and competent employee and a true superstar. You should be very proud of your facility and what's more important is you should be extremely proud of Jerry. Keep up the good work.

I was alittle dissappointed at first, I had called the day before and was suppose to get a 5 x 5 unit with 10 ft ceiling, when I got there they didn't have one available so I ended up having to get a bigger unit at a more expensive rate
