I’ve never had a staff who met every single one of my needs, was so respectful, understanding and so patient with me. They have the best communication and interpersonal skills. I give them a 10/10! I went through a lot financially and the price of my rent every month was very affordable, they remind you of your rent often and send invoices without you having to look for it. I just love everything about this staff in particular. I recommend to everyone who needs a storage unit simply because of the prices, the location, and it’s nice being in connection with people who genuinely care about you and your belongings.

Very helpful staff and squeaky clean facility

Our timeline and amount of things we needed to store changed and the staff of Go Store It were trspinsive and very helpful. They got us into a unit that meet our changing needs. Registration was a breeze. The facility itself is spotless and secure. There is even a bathroom in the storage building. I highly recommend.

Very convenient and very clean.

Plus’s 1. Very convenient 2. Laura was a great help in finding the right unit for us and super friendly. 3. Pricing was good compared to other facilities. 4. Nice and clean inside and outside. Minus’s 1. Only two carts available for people which can be frustrating when several people are trying to move items in or out during busy times. 2. Paperwork time can be time consuming because of poor internet speed. Overall we are very pleased with this facility and representative.
