Easy rental, clean and secure
I was surprised to say the least. Rented on my schedule with no appointment by using a simple self guided kiosk. The facility is well maintained, clean and appeared very secure. I found the cost of rental was well below the “average” price compared to other facilities with units of equal size. Location is convenient with easy access from my residence. Finally, the facility has many sizes of units that I would be able to go to a larger or smaller unit in the future if needed.

A great storage solution place.
This is a well operated storage facility. It is conveniently located and kept clean. The security entry is user friendly.
The unit we have is climate controlled. The temperature is always comfortable.
I do wish the light motion sensor was closer to our unit or the lighting set to stay on a longer time.
We have never experienced a rodent issue as we have experienced in other storage facilities.

We chose you over competitor
I understand the no-human contact/automation business model, but on the day I originally attempted to lease a space in person (at the office) your kiosk was not operable (kept rebooting). Anyway, I was able to complete the process online.
Your property appears very secure and it was very clean. We moved our belongings from a local competitor property which had recently raised their monthly lease rates which, in our opinion, exceeded their value. It's why we chose you instead. We ended up getting a slightly larger unit at a slightly lower price!

Not the best experience
Difficult to find the inside unit. Customer service did not help as they are not familiar with the facility. Lights are out inside and have to unpack in the dark.

Most CONVENIENT self storage reservation/move-in EVER!
This was by far the easiest, least expensive, and most convenient reservation/rental process EVER!!! I am/will continue to recommend sparefoot.com SELF STORAGE to anyone I come across. Especially anyone that's looking for a way to add some extra room in/around their home/work/play area without the hassle and frustration that you get from all the other self storage websites that are out there.

CHEAP, QUICK, & EASY! I would recommend to everyone!
This was one of the most painless experiences I have ever had with a Self Storage Facility. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a Storage Facility. I did EVERYTHING without having to interact with anyone. I managed to pick out my unit, reserve it, sign paperwork, and move in my unit overnight. I was able to handle it all on the internet, and then finish it off using the Kiosk that was in the office at the location. It was the easiest thing I have ever done. I give it 7 out of 5 stars, and would recommend this location to anyone who is in the market for a self storage solution.

I like how secure the units are. But if you have questions there’s no on-site customer service. Don’t buy the locks from the kiosk located at the storage unit they are a lot cheaper at Walmart or even U-Haul. And wow the keypad for nobody will book it says to push Star before typing in your access code so make sure you do that otherwise they won’t let you in but overall I’m pretty impressed
