Pleasantly surprised and thankful

Outstanding facility and support
We thought we only needed 1 unit but it took 3 to help transition us in our recent downsize move. Ken is onsite during the week and he assisted us more than once in how best to utilize the space and secure it. His help in the triple-digit heat was very much appreciated!

One cart. Better not be busy.
One small cart usually available. That’s it. If anybody else is there you are dead in the water until they are done. Unless of course you have boxes small enough to carry one at a time. A little frustrating.

Extremely disappointed
Thought we had found the perfect facility after days of research however the unit was booked for the second floor and the elevator was out‼️ Someone could have mentioned that upon booking. Carrying metal shelving units and tool chests up 2 flights of stairs was beyond inconvenient. And for all the boxes my wagon was no help getting up the stairs.
