Great but inconvenient.
I have recently move in on the 29th. The facility is very clean and the employees are exceptionally helpful. The only issue I have is the access to the second floor. Only one elevator worked when I started the process of moving in. I came back the second day and both elevators were broken. So now I had to go rent another unit at another storage facility because I could access the second floor.

Friendly customer service
Gustavo at the main office was so friendly and helpful! He let us look at the unit first to make sure it was the right size and made sure we knew everything we needed about the facility. The units are very clean and there is a lot of security which made me feel comfortable leaving my possessions there. I would definitely recommend using CubeSmart!

Looking good!
Super friendly staff, clean facility, extra secure. They even have music playing on an overhead speaker so it doesn't have that creepy dungeon feel! I'm only a few days in but I feel pretty confident about the quality of this place. I was referred here by 2 different people and it looks superb to me!

Cube Smart facility off of Stassney is quaint and clean
This facility has a newer feel and is slightly off the road that gives it a quaint and added security feel. There are codes that are required when entering and exiting the gates and also when using the elevators so that people who have units there are the only ones that can freely move about. The location and the security features make me feel that my belongings are stored safely.

Very clean/secure. Very Good Pricing and the people who run this place do a great job.
We shopped price and wanted a good secure location. This place has that and more. The people who helped us and run this place do a very good job. It's very secure, with cameras and coded gates/doors, etc. I could not find a better price on this size unit and the location is great. 5 Stars!!!

I have had a good experience at this place. I was surprised that they now require everyone to get insurance which adds 12 more dollars a month. One that extra cost is not reflected in their advertisement which should be if it is required. Two requiring someone to get insurance, to me, shows uncertainty in their part in keeping the facility secure.

Great Value, Nearly Perfect
I needed an air-conditioned storage unit for an affordable price, and this CubeSmart location was perfect. They have competitive prices, many different sizes and sorts of units, multiple security measures, super quick turn-around from application to move-in, a really friendly and helpful staff, and super clean floors and units.
I found nothing wrong with this location, and I fully intend to keep my stuff stored here. The prices might seem a little steep, but keep in mind that's an across-the-board thing nowadays for storage units, particularly air-conditioned ones.

I have had a good experience at this facility. I was a little nervous at first because I didn't get any paperwork when I reserved the unit. I was afraid I would show up to move in and not have a unit. But, it was reserved just as I was told. The folks that work there are very nice and the place seems to be in good shape.
