Good facility but unit was smaller than advertised.so 4 stars instead of 5
Very good except the advertised 10 X 15 unit was smaller at about 11 X 13'. Made it tough to fit our stuff and had to stack very high.

The people are great! The storage unit is perfect.
The best thing about my experience was the staff. Super helpful, more than any other storage unit I spoke with. The unit was clean and ready to go. I did everything online for the most part. I didn't need to go into the office for anything. The pricing was competitive. I am happy with my selection. Thanks CubeSmart!

Great for military!
Dealing with selling a house, deployment, and getting my family ready is alot to handle in a short time. The people at CubeSmart were extremely helpful and got my family set up top store everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Very easy online Reservation and Great Facility/ Staff
Looked online at several self storage places and CubeSmart had the best deals and prices for the size! We did get a climate control unit which was very easy to reserve online and withing 12hrs received a follow up call. The unit and facility was very clean and nice!

Great finding when I needed.
This was a great experience for me. I really was in need of storage space and almost was ripped off by a storage place near I live. Then I decided to do more shopping around and found sparefoot, I will tell you I got the best price for a large storage space. I am very happy with the results.

Lynn at cube smart was awesome. I moved from Pittsburgh and she kept in contact with me all the way. Insuring that I reserved the right size unit for my needs. Again she is a great asset to the organization and should be promoted to regional training manager so that all of your employees are as knowledgeable, helpful and kind as she is.

Best place around ft hood
I looked from Georgetown to Waco for a storage place before I deployed.. When I reserved this place I accidentally reserved a connex to store my truck, the manager changed my reservations I got to keep the same discounts. She also let me make sure my truck fit, which it didn't, so she gave me a bigger unit, with 20% and another 25%. Ones for military.

Great Sorage for a great price
Cubesmart is very clean and reasonably priced storage facility. I was able to get a great deal through SpareFoot and am very pleased. The friendly staff at CubeSmart was very helpful with the paperwork and with my move in. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone I know.
