Large move in from out of state
Clean and secure and temperature controlled. Good value, good location and nice staff. My only suggestion is that when you have a large move in on a particular day that there is a way to lock the doors and elevator rather than having to reenter the access code 100s of times to get inside and up/down the elevator. That being said, love the security after your items are all moved into the storage facility! Thanks

ONLY 2 THINGS THAT ARE A BOTHER: WISH MY PAYING UP FRONT LOCKED IN MY RATE FOR THE DURATION OF PAYMENT, AND THAT THE CYLINDER LOCKS WEREN'T MARKED UP 2000%!!!

Insurance costs are ridiculous
Storage center staff was kind and courteous. Storage facility was really clean and well kept. Hidden insurance costs are more than the actual cost of the unit. I'm only storing some books for a few months and have no need for $5000 coverage.

Like the location but not the hours.
I really like the location I am storing my stuff at- BUT the only problem is I DO NOT like that the gates and elevators close at 9pm.
Very disappointed this past weekend when we arrived at 8:30 to unload, we had to rush yet our storage being on the 4th floor and putting what we had inside then go back down to grab more things and not being able to put in the rest because the elevators were no longer working (it was already 9pm). So we had to take our things back home. Did I mention since when we were there we had just closed the door for the storage just so we can come back and not have to take the lock off again. Well since it was 9 and we couldn't go back up our unit was left unlocked until the next day.

Fair pricing--only hesitation is that they were not able to tell me how many months my monthly rate would be locked in. perhaps this is standard in the industry, but it would be good to know how long i can expect to budget for my current rate, and how much it could potentially increase by.

Excellent location and service! Andrea was so helpful and made the sign up process really easy. Moved in to my storage with entire 20ft container worth of stuff and the location of my space was easy to access so we managed to move everything in an hour! On the move in day Dan was everyso helpful in any requests that we needed!

This place started great, but a lot of changes have happened in less than a year. For one, they raised my rate by 15% 6 months in. I've had other storage units elsewhere with a rate that never changed after 3 year. I originally chose this facility for the fairly easy access and then use of moving carts for free. However, they no longer allow them to be used after business hours and even then, will make you submit an ID to use them. They claim people steal them,you if so why not use the cameras to catch those people? that completely defeats the purpose of why I chose to store here. Lastly, I went by an hour before closing and their gate was already locked. The gate is hard enough to function from a car I now have to use a code 4 times for a single load. It's unnecessary.

Found the space I wanted online with the price listed. Went in and signed up. Very easy process. However, extremely disappointed that I was told once I agreed to the space that I would have to purchase your insurance policy, which added $11 to the cost of my 5X5 space. Said it was a requirement, yet no where on the website does it say I am required to purchase your insurance. The facility is great -- clean, easy to access and great hours, but I think you either need to put the prices online that include insurance, or it needs to be clearly noted that you will be required to purchase insurance in addition to the cost of renting the space. That's not cool.

The service, building and security were great, but the hidden fees with the moisture control, insurance, and the administrative fee were a bummer. I don't mind paying for them but I would have loved those to be up front as opposed to something I only found out about at lease time.
