Human Again!
Although transitioning is a trial against time, THIS CubeSmart was willing to go beyond it's policy border. We were 3 minutes late to the access gate and had our toddlers with us. They allowed us in! What human kindness!

CubeSmart on Eldorado Pkwy is the best around!
This CubeSmart has the lowest price in the area for storage. I recently moved and needed a new place to store my things. I was able to upgrade from a 5x5 non climate controlled to a 5x10 climate controlled unit for only a little more a month. The place is impeccably clean and the staff are the most helpful I have encountered. I recommend this CubeSmart everyone!

Awesome customer service and very clean!
Wonderful facility, very clean. The customer service was incredible! The staff was so friendly and helpful. There are cheaper storage places in the area, but we were too tired to look any further after being on the road for 3 days. The only thing that I wish they would change is that if you're in your unit after 10 pm, the gate won't let you out. We, along with others, got trapped. We had to call the central 800 number to get out. Very inconvenient.

call center mix up and lock in
Overall this was a great experience. I was quoted a different price when I called verses what they were able to give me at the front desk. because of the mix up; the front desk personnel were very apologetic, they allowed me a 24 hour access for that night. IT was very helpful, however the code didn't work and we ended up locked into the facility and 1 am. A call to the central number got us out, however I was told the facility would call me the next day and they never did. It was just more of an annoyance than anything else.

The best service around
We couldn't have found a better storage facility. The manager who lives on the property is very friendly. When you walk into the office the place smells very clean and nice. Very well taken care of. The storage had plenty of space. Open 7 days a week. Excellent service. We highly recommend.

Was not the actual size needed
The unit was not the actual size needed due to Frisco's fire safety law. I was directed to the facility on 9233 Westridge BLvd Mckinney Texas 75069, unit 4019. This unit was much nicer and he provided excellent service since it was about one hour before closing. I was disappointed that the Frisco facility actual size was different. It was very stressful. The Frisco agent was very nice.

I was very pleased with my experience at Cube Smart Self Storage and the manager Zach and Stephanie were very friendly made the paperwork fast and easy about 10-15 mins, showed us the units available. They made sure we knew how to get in the codes hours of operation and let us use a dolly to move some items down the hallway. I was pleased enough to recommend a relative who needed storage within a few days of me taking this one. After Putting things in my storage unit I decided I would need another one and was helped the same nice efficient way I was with the first and the discounts don't hurt either. Thanks for all your help.
