Nice level rock parking lot

Just needed a place to store extra boxes and such and the helped me.
The man at the front desk was nice, compassionate and very helpful! We got through the paper work pretty quick and he made it very understanding. Then helped me locate my locker and I just went on about my day.

The entire moving process was made easier
The people in the office were polite and helpful and the process was quick and easy. The unit was clean when I moved my stuff in and they provide pallets for no extra charge. I feel safe storing my stuff here because the gates.

A Customer Service
I am speechless at the high level of customer care service we received. We were running behind to our appointment to move in. We lost part of our stuff on the way. There was an accident on the way there. Seemed like the clock was working against us. We phoned and spoke with Lee. He was more than helpful and accommodating. He took time out of his is time off and waited for us, even though he had family plans. No other place would have done that. He was professional, warm and friendly. We could not thank him enough. Then, I forgot my license. We had to drive up the last of our belongings on a Sunday. Thank heavens we saw Lee and he found my license. Customer service is top notch. Our unit was clean and just what we needed. Fantastic in all aspects.
