Once Reserved online met at office with manager was greeted with Hospitality signed paperwork and was finished in15 mins. Also found my unit was leaking due to hard rain and immediately switched me over to another unit...I Love good customer service.

Loved the customer service
The drive in, climate controlled building is unique. The facility is difficult to get to until the road construction is complete, but its worth the hassle. Its very clean and well kept and management is excellent.

Easy, simple, and great specials.

Love This Location.
Customer service us exceptional. From the moment I received a call after reserving my unit online, they took care of my needs promptly, yet adequately. Cube Smart also has great amenities in assisting securing your things for the time being up until your move out. I will definitely return if I need a storage within the future.

good customer service move facilities
Customer service was good. Had a problem with my code, when I arrived after the office closed. The back gate had a short so even though my code didn't work anywhere else I was able to get inside. I didn't find this out until the next day. There weren't any other people there when I arrive so I was concerned with how I was going to get out. I called the 1-800 number and was provided a temporary code. I went into the office the next day and they corrected the problem with my code. In all other ways my experience was very good.

Nice Climate Control Building
Spent too much time trying to get all the paperwork completed. Asked the same questions more than twice on things. Bring your own disk lock, they'll try charging you a lot for one there.

Took forever to check in but the woman was trying to save us the most most based on our long term lease. We also had to change from our reserved unit online because there was a pole in the middle of it an my upright antique piano wasn't going to fit. They were flexible and moved us to another unit immediately
