Horrible customer service
I have 3 units here for almost 2 years already and 1 of them has a roof leaks. I have ask them please fix the roof leaks on my unit for at least over 5 to 6 times already and still nothing have been done. This place only care to collect rent and do nothing for their customers. Horrible customer service. Their 4 Star rating is not true in my view because I am a long time good customer to them and they do not value me for being with them for awhile now and choose to not fix a small round hole on the roof. It is such a simple thing to do and the right thing to do and they do nothing.

I thought the 25% off offer would make the monthly charge competitive, but after arriving with my movers I saw that the total charge was higher than other quotes due to undisclosed fees.

Close. Convenient.
Reserving my unit online was quick and easy. However, the time range to move-in was between 8am-5pm and we got there at 12:45 but no one was available for us to access the property til 1:30. But, storage was close to home making it easier for us to move and retrieve things, so not too bad. Cost of my unit (climate control) was a little pricey but more reasonable than other cubesmart locations. Unit was the perfect size- fit everything I wanted to store perfectly.

Very friendly manager (Shevetta) and no complaints with the service, premises, pricing and availability/access. They are open till 10pm so you can move things at own pace after your working hours. Couldn't find any place nearby with a combination if timings, price and such good service.

it was good just I think it needs more then 1 elevator for access. Also the signage should be corrected as it shows gates lock at 9 pm but the office informed me it is 10 pm.

Paperwork was easy and quick. Customer service was great. They email you everything(reciepts, lease agreement) which I liked because it is more convenient and not to mention environment friendly. Special was a great incentive to go in but even without it the facility is worth it!
