Great customer service and clean, convenient facility

I have been a customer for nearly 15 years and have always been treated as a valued new customer. I expressly like the fact that the gate is not 24 hours and there's a cut time.

Rates are too high and rate increases too often

The office is very clean, Cory is very kind and professional, however he is not responsible for rate increases. The owner or owners raised the rates unreasonably high over a short period of time.

Compared to others in the area, this is a good deal for long-term storage.

I have been using Public Storage for 3 years now and in 3 years, my monthly rental rate has increased over 100%. After speaking with Colby at Lakewood we have come to realize why this happens and he has assured us that is not how they work. Looking forward to a long relationship at Lakewood without breaking the bank again in a few years.
