It was easy and quick using the mobile app. I arrive on the day and access the storage unit and, there was my contract and lock that was purchased. I moved stuff into the unit and it is spacious, 10 by 15 is great to store stuff like a 2 car garage.

Property needs major improvements / updating & polishing

Was very excited about finding this storage which is nearby my job area. Was please throughout the application process and have zero complaints in regards to the customer service. I did not see the unit nor did I go into the facility besides the office prior to the application process. After entering the property after that I was concerned about the condition and security considering this property looks really run down. Its very obvious this property has been neglected and needs major updating and polishing. After being on this property after day light hours, I became even more concerned since there is absolutly no working lights nor is there individual lights on the inside of the units. One would think since this property is in an area of town that is known for high crime that they would at minimal have night security lighting but it is pitch dark and unless you use your headlights you cant see to do anything in your unit. I addressed this issue to manager and she stated she was working on it but I think this as well as the overall poor appearance goes beyond local or even district levels. I can't believe Public Storage would have their name on a property like this. I've rented many units in various cities from PS and never seen a property like this

The staff at this location completely obliterated my expectations. I didn't expect the have a good time, meet great people, or actually enjoy myself during the sign up process, but I did. This was the best storage experience ever, and it was all thanks to the great folks working here.

Tara was outstanding she was capable of assisting us in a timely manner, though she had another customer whom left considering then returned before we left. It has been almost a decade since my last storage rental; however, I don't recall the last person being as knowledgeable. Offering well needed supplies such as locks, boxes, insurance, etc. I'm from Pensacola where hospitality is expected. Depends on where you go in Houston to get great customer service and a deal?!

All the extras tht required

I did not like how we had to pay all these extra fees and things tht we were required to have pr do tht we were not informed of before hand also i dnt like tht we could not store perishable items or perfumes and things like tht that was a very big inconvenience to us as we had to find a place to store them things like this need to either be on ur website or said when yall xall us to confirm the order

Good for last minute need

The only thing I would say even the largest storage unit is too small for the price and the slide lock is extremely hard to open and close of which I cut myself trying to open it last time. Other than that it is ok
