I arrived at the facility about 10 min prior to the opening time, and I waited about 20 min before calling the number on the door. Customer service was very nice and so she did everything on the phone since no one was physically present. The only problem then was that I had to go to another public storage to show my ID before I could get gate entry. The representative at the other location was very professional. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars is because I had to go to another facility and then drive back.

I appreciate how clean the facilities were. My last storage unit had roaches. It is climate controlled. Unfortunately Public storage has a $15 monthly insurance fee. I was not aware of it until I moved in.

Milwee location
Milwee location, staff very professional and answered all our questions,taking us to our location and showing Us the ends and outs of the facility. Now the DeSoto location, we moved because for the second time your A/C malfunctioned spilling water on our belongings. The staff showed us no remorse or options to fix the problem and replace or repair any damage. If we didn't buy your insurance there was nothing they would do. We use Climate Controlled to protect our years of important belongings. If you would like to further discuss,call me at 832-922-7788.
