The most profession, friendly and organized storage facility

From start to finish my experience was wonderful. The office manager is very organized, and knows her business. She makes sure the client understands all aspects of the storage rules, and best way to never forget your storage unit number. I am very pleased.

Fairly easy experience

The check in process took longer than I expected, but Joseph was easy to work with and he stayed after closing hour on Saturday to accommodate my schedule. It would have been nice to know upfront about the mandatory monthly insurance cost. I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the ease of access.

Great Prices and Friendly Staff

I needed to move out of home and into a storage unit until my new home was ready for move in. I was recommended by a friend and found that they had great prices, clean units, and were very accommodating. My friend received a $ rebate for their referral and so did I! Great manager, Alma. Excellent experience with management!!!

This is the first storage unit I have ever needed to get and was concerned about finding the right storage unit that was close to where I stay and that I would feel safe leaving my things. I have to say that after my initial visit to inspect and do paperwork I knew I didn't need to look any further, Tiece the manager was very helpful and did not rush me, she even walked with me to show me a few units so I could get a feel for what would work for me. I came the day of my move in just to put my lock on and I was having some trouble opening the unit and she came out and helped me and remembered my name, which proved to me even more that I made the right choice. I brought my dad, brother and boyfriend to help get my stuff inside and she remembered even how I said my dad was bringing his company truck to haul my things, I can't say anymore how very satisfied I am with my choice. Store it all storage is a place I'd recommend to anyone!

Management is great!

I was concerned about storing my thing in storage and what size I would need. The manager took her time and showed me different sizes and the facility. She informed me on the prices and move in specials. I was very please when I called there a few days later and she remembered my name and who I was. Store it all storage is a place I would reccomend a friend.
