Great storage facility
Great place to store your extra stuff. My son was moving and needed a place to store his extra stuff and they were open on sunday so it was very covinent and nearby

Ms. Green took care of me getting my unit.
This has been the most outstanding customer service I have ever gotten from any storage facility in the area. Ms Courtney Green answered my phone call earlier in the day of the move in and I explained I had reserved a unit at their location. At first, I really thought there was gonna be an issue since she told me they don't reserve online and I was afraid I was gonna be left out once I got there but that was not the case. She told me she had me down for a unit the size I needed and for the price I had seen online...so I told her I would probably be in around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I did finally arrive around 1:30 which earlier, she had said she was going to lunch but she made arrangements just to make sure I got situated first. I arrived , she took my info, found my reservation in their system and even gave me a discount for reserving with the company they do business with, I got my unit and I was on my way.Did I mention I drove 6 hours to come get this unit? Ms. Green made sure I was taken care of, she did more than I expected...thank you Ms. Green!

Easy Application Process
Noah was very knowledgeable about the storage units and was very courteous and professional. I like that the units are drive up, and made it so much easier access for me and the movers. I would use them again if needed.

Wasted my time
After finally getting a reservation set up, I contacted the facility to make sure they had both truck and dolly, the person assured me he would be there at 9:00 a.m. for me to pick up the equipment. I arrived a little early. At 9:00 it was still closed. At 9:15 I called the main office of U-Haul. They were able to get a new location. Because of this, I was not able to get to the storage in time and thus had to get a higher cost storage.
