Climate is RARELY Controlled
I've had units (1 to 2) at this location for more than 5 years and it seems like every year I have to tell them that the AC in my building isn't working. It seems to me that they should monitor the temperature and let tenants know if there is an issue and when it will be fixed. Climate controlled units aren't cheap and this is getting old.

Stormi is great
Stormi was super helpful and great to work with. The reason that I'm not giving 5 stars all the way is because the first person that I talked to there was not helpful and would have had me unnecessarily overpaying. When I actually went to check in though, Stormi fixed it. If the first person that Is talked to had either listened to the questions that I asked or knew what they were talking about, it would have been much least stressful for me. I am thankful that Stormi was there for check in and to make everything right. The facility itself is very, very clean and inside the buildings are very well lit. I would definitely recommend.

Best customer service I’ve ever seen!
Storm was very helpful and found me the best deal possible. She had a positive attitude , sense of humor, and answered any and all questions I had. She showed me the unit before she gave me the lock and made sure it was the right fit and made me feel very secure and welcomed.

The facility is very clean and spacious. Some facilities we have seen have had quite a tight driving area making it very challenging to get a large uhaul into the area with tight corners to turn. This facility was very spacious. The managers were so great to work with, understood our needs and didn't pressure a decision. The pricing was the best I found after comparing several companies. They offer tons of units with availability so they don't drive up the cost with supply and demand games. when looking online, it gives the price, but does not make it clear that insurance is mandatory and not included in the online quote. The insurance is an additional $12. Also, be prepared for adminstration fee around $25 to get started, as well as a $16 lock. The manager lives on site offering extra sense of security, which is also nice.

Helpful and Friendly service -- happy with the facility
Will who helped us was extremely efficient and helpful. When the unit we had originally thought of renting was too small, he immediately checked his resources and we were able to rent a larger unit. He had a lock for us (we purchased) and we would definitely be recommending his services and facility.

Potential to feel like a top-notch business.
I had heard about good reviews on-line and had high expectations. I was only slightly disappointed, but even good companies can have room for improvement, right? When the doorstop of the outer hallway was found broken, I expected the salesperson to say something about getting someone out soon to fix it. She didn't even comment on it.
