Superb quality control operations
The onsite staff "Bryn" was an extremely helpful resource when moving into the facility. Recommendation of the PS app has been a great fit in this location making, as she said "Management of my unit, paying and accessing the property" easier than ever expected. Can not thank you enough for helping this transition go smoother than ever thought possible for the one man mover at it one more time.

Very good price and plenty of storage place just a bit messy
The facility and the staff that helped me were amazing and the storage unit I split with my roommate was very affordable. The space I got was convenient and easy to find. Only complaint I would have is how dusty the inside of the storage unit is

Great Deal
I got a great deal. There are a few reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating though.
1) Limited parking
2) Limited gate access (less than 24 hour)
3) Can't custom program the access code (which I did at my last facility)

Process was pretty smooth
The process was pretty smooth aside from the employee not advising that I would be charged for a lock, or how much I would be charged. I could have brought in my own lock for less than the $20 she charged me.

The on-site manager was excellent. Very easy to complete the reservation on line and complete the documentation at the site. Requested a unit close to the entrance doorway. Obtained the first unit next to the entrance.

Great staff. Equipment not so hot. They HAVE a freight elevator, but its operation is difficult to manage. If you are there after office hours on Saturday, Corporate does a poor job by trying to mollify you while telling you nobody will be there til Monday to make the elevator work properly. If you happen to be moving in the rain, the broken/partially missing downspout by the elevator door throws water on you. In order to exit the property, you must get out of your vehicle to enter your code.
