Customer service was great and the unit was good
Customer service was great because they helped me to find their office and even waited on me in my truck because I am handicapped and couldn’t have gotten up the steep incline. They were very friendly. It was a great experience.

Never ever again
Nightmare, and I lost time and had to reschedule my flights because the staff never turned up on time and next day left early.. Run away from this place.

Terrible experience
Run away from this place. I turned up twice at the place, and there was no one. Finally, they told me they don't have the space I booked. Nightmare. Never touch this place.

Very secure place to put your stuff.
I really like the storage unit. It's nice, clean and secure. The manager of the vacuity was very friendly. The only thing i didn't like was that the leasing office was on a different part of town but in all I would definitely recommend the storage vacuity to any one who was interested in needing one.

Poor customer service
We bought a $20 lock for the unit we rented and the key broke off in it the first time we used it. We had to buy bolt cutters to get
Into the unit and then a new lock. We asked to be reimbursed for the lock we purchased from them but they would not accommodate us. They offered us a new lock but obviously we have no need for that considering we had to buy a new one at the time. Very poor customer service.

The unit from the website was not the unit we thought we were getting. Temperature controlled unit was a bit more, but much better than having one baking in the Texas heat. The leasing office is in an apartment building in a less than desirable looking neighborhood in Waco, but the inside of the office is quite pleasant and the leasing agent was very helpful.

It's a little dirty and a little expensive, but our 10x10 climate-controlled unit does the job and the location isn't bad. Overall, we're satisfied with this facility and our unit, but as far as storage units go, it's nothing fancy.

Door was stuck briefly, just needed to be cleaned. Overall very nice.
The place is clean and well regulated with an appropriate amount of security. It is a little hard to find and could use better markings or signs to be seen from the road.

I never got a call from the facility. I had to call them several times because their line was busy. The lease guy was not there when I originally called for my appointment. The lady who ended up doing our lease was very nice but it took a while and she didn't have the access to sparefoot etc. I have a unit on the outside so it's not as secure as the units on the inside but with the right lock you can't even get access to the area to cut it off. The price on sparefoot is cheaper than what these units go for so it is a good price.

The office is off site 20 minutes away from facility.
When we got to the facility, we couldn't find the office anywhere. So we call the number that was on the building. The facility manager told us that the office at an apartment complex 20 minutes away and it closes at 5pm. It was 4:30 when I called. I thought when I talked to the rep from sparefoot.com to reserve the space, he said the office was opened till 6pm. (BTW I didn't know till later that I wasn't contacting the facility directly). I was really glad I got one of the climate controlled spaces as the gate to the outside facility was wide open every time we passed it. The climate controlled space had a door with passcode you had to input to get in.

needed cleaning
When we arrived, we found cob webs on the actual door handle and dead bugs in the unit. There was cob webs through out the unit. I would of expected it to be swept out and cleaned prior to us getting there as this is to be the condition that is expected when we move our items out.
