Great customer service
Making a reservation online is incredibly easy. Within 30 minutes the manager called me to confirm my reservation. Move in day everything was ready by the time I got there.

Public Storage & their Manager review.
Your manager, Felicia was of great help to this old lady. Very presentable & informative, explaining everything. She even taught me how to distinguish between a * & a # sign. We laughed over that one. The unit is a 10 X 20. Very clean, no complaints. I am planning to rent a 2nd PS unit. I even brought my old, PS padlock from yrs ago. The cylinder locks are a blessing, very easy & totally secure. I am disabled & had concerns with the weight of the door & my being able to lift it. I was able to lift the door with 1 finger! For people searching for a storage facility, forget the others. Public Storage has the best prices and the most locations. I shopped them ALL in my town before I made my PS selection & there were 5 PS facilities in the area I was researching, I did not select the closest one. Thank you PS and Felicia. PS: for anyone interested, this is the 2nd review I have ever wri!then in my life. I am NOT a believer of 5 stars, but this one deserved them.

Absolutely the best service that we have ever received from a self storage facility and their team. Public Storage has a gem of manager at this location and his name is Ermilo. He was very accommodating and super helpful when we were signing up to get a unit for our big move to San Antonio. I highly recommend this particular property simply because their service is the best that I have ever experienced in renting storage units. I will never consider another place to store in the San Antonio area. Thank you Ermilo! We love the service you provide to us! - Robert & Holly

Kary and Phil were both amazingly helpful and accommodating. I received a phone call from the manager immediately after I called public storage to inquire (Friday). She met with me the very next day to answer my questions and show me the unit. The following Monday Phil was awesome and met with me to sign paperwork and the very next day I was able to move my items in. Awesome customer service!

Found this storage location on- line and liked the location and price. When I stopped by to check it out, Kari was very helpful and considered my needs, showing me several units. On move in day, Kari was again very attentive and handled my final paperwork quickly. Very satisfied!

Very helpful customer service representatives in the offices.
I visited the offices of Public Storage three times so far. Each time the representatives in the office have been very helpful. The first rep suggested another location that might serve my needs better. The second rep was very knowledgeable and helpful as I rented my storage unit. The third rep suggested a solution to a difficult situation that could have cost me a lot of money. Thanks, Public Storage! You have great customer sales representatives!
