Definitely glad I browsed different storage places and ran into this one before choosing any other! To me this was a great deal and in great timing. I haven't fully moved in but so far I enjoy the peace in this environment and friendly staff, very welcoming. thank you

All was ok except I was charged $10.20...
All was ok except I was charged $10.20 for renting when I did (2/28) & thought I had to play monthly on the 28th. Not a big deal but probably should've been made clear.

Everything was as expected in the...
Everything was as expected in the actual storage unit, however, the gate is very dangerous due to it being so close to the street. Also, this location does not have a drive up key pad but does on the inside when you exit. It doesn't make sense. If more than one persons are trying to get in, the line has to stay in the median before turning in. This was the only downfall to this location, but enough for my family and I to use a different location in the future if needed. Sincerely, Jaclyn Cervantes

I went to get my first storage unit and im glad i went here. I got an amazing monthly rate and *jackpot* they had a promotion going on! Yolanda was absolutely the sweetest and answered all my questions. I feel so excited, knowing that my belongings and safe and under security. Cant wait to start packing all my stuff in! Secure, clean facility with professional staff.
We were treated with courtesy and respect, fully informed on all options, regarding storage unit size and specials in order to meet our needs. The staff were sincere in putting our needs first and not just making a sale. I would recommend public storage, without a second thought.

Exceptional customer service
Dawn follows policy and doesn't compromise which makes things work out good in the end. Yolanda is a high energy employee that knows the rules and is quick to help. my time my plans
customer service did not deliver as planned. businesses and customer(s) commit to a date down to the hour and you did not meet me half way. customers have things to do, people to meet, places to go and when your place is not prepared and ready to deliver it cost my time my plans and a domino effect. 4stars for understanding 5stars for effort

dISAPPOINTED IN WEEK MANAGER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, WEEKEND excellant!
Public Storage offers $1 move in but you won't get it, the management is horrible. the custonmer service ppl on the phone called me a liar on what the weekend mng helpd me with ---nice place, clean & safe. Only good thing is the weekend mng & regional manager! Although my experience has not be good, those two managers make up for it.
