The office Attendant was a bit talkative. I didn't care for all her personal information & history, she provided. I don't mind a few pleasantries, but she went over board. I was there to rent a unit and the process is a bit lengthy, as it is. I found a lot of my time was wasted on unnecessary chatter.

This is my first time ever using a storage unit, and I'm glad my first choice was a great choice! I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Gina and she was awesome, very nice and professional! When I call in, phone is answered promptly and with exceptional customer service. Gina is fantastic! She is a pleasure to speak to. This location truly feels like extended family. I feel buying insurance for ones belongings should be up to the customer if they want to protect there belongings. If they don't care to they should not be forced to buy insurance .
