Instant regret during moving in process.
Not enough carts to assist you with move in. If it wasn't for the good rate, I wouldn't have completed move in. Also the insurance rate is the highest I have seen. Needless to say I'll be shopping around for better rate.

Best Value and Service
I had a great experience at this Public Storage thanks to in large part to the on-site attendant, Louis. He called the day of my reservation to make sure I was prepared for move in and gave me helpful information about unit insurance. Once I arrived he provided prompt and friendly service, including helping me pick the perfect unit! I couldn't be happier and look forward to a long rental period.

Public Storage on Broadway...
Public Storage on Broadway is a great place. It is clean and well secured. The unit I am renting is more than enough to put my furniture, boxes, etc. Thank you to Pam who was very helpful and courteous.

False Advertising
When I rented a unit from PS, it was during a promotion. I was told I'd have that price locked in, for the life of my contract. Now, 6 months later, I'm told the rate is going up $25!!!!

Different $ from the ad
While that facility is clean, cool and well maintained with office personnel that are courteous and helpful, it would be good if your prices matched your advertisements. We showed up with a rate that was supposed to be $3/mo less and the first month half off. Yet that rate was not obtainable, showed the clerk the rate on line with my phone, he called his manager who told him that the advertised rate was not what they were charging. I had the choice of going elsewhere or accepting the new rate after I'd spent a substantial amount of my time filling out forms.

I am not one to write reviews. However the extraordinary level of service and profound personal commitment from Mona to assist me and ultimately solve a series of "challenges" with movers and passcodes and even a medical issue was truly moving. Mona not only gave tremendous professional service, she also gave true personal kindness and concern. It is rare enough to find great professionalism in the service industry and rarer still to connect on the personal level when an individual goes so far beyond what they "have" to do, to offer help and human kindness in the face of real adversity. Thank you Mona.
Both Beth and Mona have been great support and worked with me to solve any difficulties that arise. They are a great and rare team.

Awesome customer service
My experience as a new customer was great. The manager on duty customer service was great. She was very attentive and knowledgable about her job which made me feel very confident with leaving my stuff at this location. This was my third place I visited and my last. The other two companies were great but I felt more comfortable with this location due to the employees knowledge and competence.

I went in to the public storage location on Broadway near 410 in San Antonio to check it out for my needs. They helped me to pick the right sized unit based on an assessment of the amount of things I had to store, showing me multiple units so we could ensure we got it right. The units are all very clean, and I ended up with an indoor unit so it's climate controlled which is great. I was even given a special rate on the spot! The staff there was super professional and very helpful with explaining the paperwork as it was slightly confusing to me at first. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
