Clean
I like the climate controlled option, especially since most of my house is correctly in storage and I don't have to worry about how stuff will react to extreme heat and cold. Customer service has always been top notch.

This place is great.
They were so helpful& made sure I understood everything from the paperwork to the units doors locks..I mean everything...if I didn't under stand something she would make it a point to explain in LAYMAN'S TERMS AND WORDS. I honestly didn't plan on this long oh a stay. But I am so glad this one had a unit available.

Great place, great service
We've been very happy with the service we've received here at Pro Storage. Chad and Jen have been friendly and very helpful, they have assisted us in everything we've asked. And it's nice to have a storage unit inside in a climate-controlled environment where we have confidence in the security.

This facility went beyond expectations!
With a last-minute move in the works, this place was incredibly accommodating and well-maintained. The man running the front desk answered all questions I could have had. He also provided me with information that I hadn't even considered looking into! Upon rental, a personal set of lock and keys were included in the total cost. Not to mention the convenience of elevators and carts for bringing everything up!

Very accommodating and the best location
I needed a storage unit immediately and this one offered several different sizes along with information about climate control and the pricing is more affordable than the last storage unit I had in a different location. The manager is very friendly and there are carts and an elevator for convenience. Plus, to reserve the unit for me to initially look at was free.

Awesome rates! Awesome customer service!
The lady at the front desk was amazing! She wanted to be nothing but helpful! She was very thorough, genuine, she took pride in her job, and she walked us to the unit, showed us how to use the lock, ect.! Prices were very competitive! The facility was very clean and seemed very safe! I was very happy with my choice to rent a unit at this location!

Wonderful staff! Clean facility!
I absolutely love the elevators as my unit is on the top floor. With them I do not feel like I am on the top floor, it’s as if I am on the first floor. Facility is well-kept and maintained, no complaints! I looked at a few other facilities in the area and none were as well-maintained and clean as this one!

10/10 experience! Would recommend!
I love the facility and the staff. The staff answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with where my unit was located and comfortable with how to access my unit and the building. They even gave me a bottle of water and made me feel like I was more than a customer!

Very nice and well maintained facility.
I started with CubeSmart. The one issue I have had is that they changed companies and I was not notified. I don't live in the same state. When this took place I could not contact them as their numbers changed as well. I ended up calling a facility in Utah and was able to retrieve a phone number for them.
