Felt very welcome
I was looking for a storage unit near my old apartment very quickly. I looked at a few different places online that said they would respond to me within 3 business days. Shortly after I set up a possible reservation, Nolan from Keep it safe Ogden Storage called me and wanted to have me come look around. Jake and Nolan were very nice, always answered my questions and quickly got me in. It is a little more expensive for a 10x10 unit than I was prepared for, but honestly worth the money. Very clean, very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend these storage units to anyone! :)

My wife filled out the paperwork. I was at work, she had no problem. The only issue, the previous occupant left our storage room dirty. But that happens, sometimes.

Small facility, great service, great location, great price!
Only two years old, very clean. There arent a million units here so its easy to get in and out of. Within minutes of signing my contract my personal gate code was working and the owner walked me to the unit. Auto bill pay online, fast easy secure and a great location.

It has been nice and convenient for us! Getting started was a little rough, they forgot to put us in the system in the beginning so we couldn't get in right away on our move in date, but they fixed that within the hour for us. It's a little far away from us, but we got the school discount which helps a ton!

So far a great experience. It was easy to set up and fill out the paper work. Easy to move in. My unit is suppose to be 5'x5' but its actually smaller on the inside, however it still serves its purpose as i don't have much stuff.

Inexpensive storage, great service
I looked around Ogden a lot before renting my storage unit. A lot of the storage units around town were a bit old and dirty. I store a lot of clothes and expensive photo equipment and didn't want them getting dirty in storage. I was happy to see how clean the units here are kept and the owners were super responsive when I first moved in. They returned a couple of my calls right away when I got locked out and forgot my gate password. He could actually see my car outside the gate from the security system. So he knew who I was and let me in. I felt like they kept the whole facility secure and clean. That is really important to me.

WHEN THE MANAGER CONTACTED ME, I WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE STORAGE UNIT SIZE AVAILABLE THAT I HAD RESERVED ON-LINE. SOMETHING THE OWNER NEEDED TO ADDRESS. I WAS GIVEN THE CHOICE OF AN AVAILABLE SMALLER OR LARGER UNIT AT REASONABLE RATES. I WENT WITH THE LARGER UNIT AND WAS GLAD I HAD - HAVING UNDERESTIMATED MY SPACE NEED. NO DELAY IN MAKING ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE CHANGE.

Clean, New, Outstanding Service
My wife and I are moving to the Ogden area. We made arrangements to use the 'Keep It Safe Storage' facility based solely on on-line reviews. The day before our trip, we realized that we would not make it to the storage facility prior to the office closing. The manager, Jake, agreed to meet us after business hours and honored his agreement by showing up promptly upon our arrival. Once we showed up, we realized that our small fold up trailer would not fit in the 10X10 ft unit. Once again, Jake had the answer to our problems by making us an excellent deal on a storage unit that would accommodate our trailer and belongings. Overall, our experience with Keep It Safe Storage has been absolutely excellent.
