Easy check-in, convenient access and clean spaces. Only downgraded pricing because of the what they charge for moving supplies. Don’t buy boxes here if you can avoid it. Huge mark up when compared to big box home goods stores.

were flat bed carts at the entrance that made moving in very easy.
LaVaughn is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He provided all the information that I needed regarding the checkin and moving out process.The unit was very clean. The customer service that I received was impeccable.

Excellent staff & facility!
I was grateful to work with Derek & Charles to get set up & find just the right space for us! They were very knowledgable and friendly, and I appreciated the time they set aside to work with me! Excellent service
The staff was very accommodating to help me find a unit that fit my needs. They had a truck I could use to help move in and afterward (as it was a very hot day), they gave me a bottle of water. Overall, the service was excellent. The unit was clean and the price was right. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

I spent about 30 minutes filling out paperwork and was then shown to my unit. The two women who helped me were AMAZING - very professional and incredibly helpful. They made me feel comfortable and I am confident after speaking with them that the security is top notch. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the faility. My friend who helped me move my stuff into my unit was also incredibly impressed at the upkeep of the place.

Overall I had a good experience. One thing; I asked the attendent for information on the insurance company. He stated that there is none, if something happens pictures are taken, sent to Bader and they contact me for further coordination. Later, I find out that they actually mail me a contract with ID and contact number. The attendent might want to know this info for future customers.
