The attendant was young and obviously...
The attendant was young and obviously new at the job but he explained everything to me as best as he could so that I was able to return the next day to drop off household items and enter the premises with no problems.

Perfect timing and Perfect Deal!
This is my first time ever renting a storage space and I have to say it couldn't of worked out any better. First the location of Public Storage. I needed it to be somewhere close by where I was moving my things, and secondly, the storage space was very adequate and clean. And last but not least, the promotion that Public Storage was offering were also an attractive deal (rent the 1st month and the 2nd month is Free).

I had a wonderful experience with the Gentry Drive...Sterling location. Very polite, and customer oriented. I rented in the past from the Ox road location and received very poor customer service, but I like the prices and the convenience, as well as the security of public storage so I gave them another chance, but at a different location and am very pleased so far.

Sasha and Brittany are Excellent
Hurricane Irma in Florida caused me to arrive at this location ahead of schedule and unannounced, and Sasha could not have been more responsive, helpful, professional, and courteous in setting me up with a storage unit. She is an absolutely superb representative of the Public Storage brand. Kudos also to Brittany, who worked with me to set up the details of the check-in appointment. After my initial call, Brittany followed up with multiple phone calls in the span of a few days to ensure continuity of planning for my move-in. A fantastic experience overall so far with Public Storage, thanks to Sasha and Brittany!

I went in with my sister because she wanted to rent a unit and the staff was super helpful and kind they helped her pick the right unit size for her needs and explained all the paper work I would definitely recommend this location to other people because of the great staff!!!

Sasha was very helpful, polite and thorough. My unit is spacious. However, my concern is that the exterior doors are not kept locked. Also I visited the unit today and encountered someone whose items got wet in their unit. Unfortunately, I am not able to check my unit for several weeks because I will be out of town. I would genuinely hate if my possessions suffered damage during this last storm. I was not warned of this possibility.

The customer service at this location is excellent! I was greeted with a warm welcome by the young lady Kayla. Came in to get a few boxes to move. I did not know they also sell mattress covers, until the young lady told me all they carry that would help me in my moving process. Wonderful experience

Very helpful and engaging
I was taking advantage of an annual promo savings and was very cordially advised as to the proper procedure directly with the representative on hand and was further guided through the procedure by the two young ladies who walked me the rest of the way to which I am genuinely grateful. The graciousness & patience with which they helped me through finishing this transition was most welcome and is not forgotten nor , at all , taken for granted. I was only too happy to thoroughly cleanup my old storage unit in order to clearly demonstrate my appreciation as I moved into the new storage unit offered at their facility. Thanks, again,Heather and Sasha and, of course Smokey.
