Ideal Space
The manager, Lucia, was very kind and helpful in filling out the necessary forms to rent the space. It only required a quick reservation over the phone and a 10 minute process in the office. It is easy to access the facility and security is dependable.

Super Friendly, Relatively Convenient
The staff are great, but if you have large storage, it's not the most convenient. For what we had, we made it work, as the pricing was pretty good. But they have old elevators, and one building without an elevator (which is where we got our storage), so the move wasn't the best. But the facility is clean, safe, and in a decent location.

Bob is great!
Bob, the manager, is easy to speak to and was readily available to show a number of units. Explained the pros and cons of each unit and has the authority to make minor adjustments. He made the rental process super simple.

Not so great
I was actually pretty upset about the service I received with Fort Knox. I'd made my reservation online and was told by phone as I confirmed my reservation that I qualified for a special offer with Fort Knox and would also receive my AAA discount. Upon moving into the unit I was informed that was not the case and that the manager would contact me to discuss my complaint. He did not. While I was asking questions about the agreement, the employee that day was rude enough to inform me that he needed to hurry up with my paper work because he is off at 4pm and isn't paid overtime. Then, I want even given the Fort Knox special they'd promised me and had to contact them again for a correction! If I didn't hate moving so much I would have taken my things and gone elsewhere already.

Service is super friendly
When arriving, the storage units are divided by a street, so if you plan on bringing couches and want to leave them with them, you'll have to be there for office hours. I had no problem with my husband and a friend taking it by the stairs since the freight elevator isn't big enough unless it's a love seat and smaller. I have a 5x10 unit which is enough for us and reserved through Sparefoot which saved me a percentage for two months. Overall, friendly staff with gate code access, but don't get stuck within the gates after 10pm...No good.

We feel very comfortable leaving our things here!
Very clean and extremely secure facility. Location of the key pad going in is too low for our vehicle. The roll up door that goes to the elevator won't stay up. Otherwise everything is fantastic!

Very friendly service, just a little surprised at all the little costs
I was treated very well and the facility was simple and clean. The coded gate did make me feel safe about my belongings, although it was broken at the time. I was surprised at some of the costs I had not been aware of, like insurance and how I had to pay for the entire month of August even though I would take out my things on the 14th. So it added up!

Made my reservation online when I arrived I didn't even have to pull up my phone conf the paperwork was ready! Front desk agent was super friendly, showed me a tour of the place and though I w sweary of the 2nd floor the elevator and dolly made it really smooth
