Surprised how nice the experience was.
Moved into a unit and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well maintained everything was. Staff was friendly. I was genuinely surprised to enjoy the experience given it was getting and moving things into a storage unit.

Couldn't be happier
After reserving through Sparefoot the storage manager called soon after to confirm everything. He was very friendly and informative. The prices were better that any of the other Cubesmart locations nearby (which I thought was odd).
The move in was smooth and had no difficulties. I would suggest that you check the storage website to confirm info here on Sparefoot. For instance, Sparefoot claimed this location has 24 hour access. Well, sorta...it's an additional $15 if you need it. Otherwise be out by 10pm.

Michaela the on-site manager was so friendly and accommodating during our move in. She was very thorough and explained everything to us and gave a quick tour of the space!! Michaela (manager) is the ABSOLUTE GREATEST! Goes above & beyond ALL THE TIME! Like a Guardian Angel! She gave me a tour, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions & especially after hours when I tried to access the property, with a full load of items to put into storage and was denied entry, she came out of nowhere & opened the gate...

The manager contacted me directly so that we could make arrangements for me to stop by as my work schedule allowed. He explained all charges, gave me a complete tour, and explained everything comprehensively and quickly (I was short of time). This CubeSmart also has the best prices in this area.

Clean, secure and easy
The facility appears to be very clean and secure. Our unit is also very easy to access and has made our multiple trips to pack it a breeze. This wasn't the cheapest option in town, but we're very happy with our experience so far and will recommend this place to at least one friend who is planning to move soon.

Very positive experience....simple application...no hidden fees.
I called about a unit availability ... was able to find the storage space I need.., had a return call within the hour....they held it until I was able to swing by after work...looked at the unit.... papers were signed...we checked the password...the manager walked me through the entire access process....seamless... no anxiety... they have carts on site.... life is good! It meets my needs and expectations! I love the fact my unit door opens on the inside and I have 3 concrete walls... and it is climate controlled! Manager lives on site... security!! Feeling the love!

Buyer Beware!
I had my storage with Cubesmart (originally McLearen Storage) for a multiple years. During this time I went through a 21 month unemployment period. While having my storage in their facility, they switched my contract without my signature. The fees escalated. Continuously threatened auctioning off my storage (despite every effort to meet their financial demands and posted a fee of $110.00 auction fee, every time they threatened auction - which was about every month. In addition they added late fees which brought my price of my storage in extraordinary ranges. I was constantly looking for a means of obtaining a personal loan to keep them from auctioning the possessions of the two units. There unwillingness to work with me to keep the fees off and keep them out of auction status was almost a daily matter. Finally, on thursday Darren successful sold my possessions. I have tried to buy them them back from the purchaser, but Ginger, the purchaser escalated the cost and have confirmed that she would not sell them back to me for less - she has a thrift store in Manasses, VA. and left with the impression that this is how she stocks her store - "on other peoples misfortunes." It was only last week that I had personal loan out to meet their demands from last week.
If you are thinking about using this facility or company (beware that they own many different store companies) I can only encourage you to think "long and hard". Their way of business should be considered criminal!!

Was able to look at a few units first to determine which one I wanted. The manager was very helpful and the process was fairly quick. I borrowed the truck to move in and they have carts to help you. No problems at all!

30 Years in Same House - Moving - Needed Storage
I can't say enough about Cube Smart Storage. It was a lifesaver for me and my new husband. I recently remarried and we are moving along with more than 30 years of stuff in my house. This facility offers spacious and secure units along with easy access. We love the climate controlled units --- wish we had done this sooner!

Awesome, easy experience
My fiance and I have moved 4 times this year, and this last time we decided to use CubeSmart and it was a streamline experience. We not only felt like we go the best price out there, but the storage facility was clean, orderly and the people were extremely helpful. I signed us up for it, and even though I didn't do the moving my future in-laws had an easy time accessing the unit and loading it in. Buildings are designed for convenience, which is HUGE when moving HUGE furniture. Great experience, I'd 100% use them again!
