I like that it's close to my home. But the gate opening did not allow for the rental truck to go in to the facility!

Luckily the unit was not far from the gate or they would have had a very hard time carrying all the things to another unit farther away from where they had to park the truck!I think they should let people know how large the opening through the gate is before they book a unit. I would have been charged quite a bit extra by the moving company had they had to carry all my furniture and things into one of their farther units! And there are many that are far away. I lucked out and the unit was right inside the gate. There was no one at the facility when we arrived and I had a hard time getting someone on the phone to let us know what we were supposed to do without anyone there! Made several calls and kept calling back. Finally the manager called me back and said she had car trouble and wouldn't be coming in. So she gave us the key code to open the gate. She was very helpful. It was raining when we moved our stuff in and it looked like there was water inside the unit along the front wall. It hasn't rained since, so I haven't had the chance to go back and check to see if my things are getting wet. I certainly hope not! If there is wet cement, I'll have to find t something to put down to absorb any further water! They didn't advertise as having all the "bells and whistles" (climate controlled, double gated security, etc.) so I wasn't expecting any. If I had to do it again, I would go to the unit before I agreed to rent it, but this was sort of a last minute need - selling my house and realtor said I needed to de-clutter until it's sold.

I have another move in hopefully my near future and I hope, once again to use Jose and Solis! They were great. All furniture arrived at the unit safe and sound and the estimated unit size I would need was right on! I didn't see how it was all going to fit but it did, with some room to spare! Thank you!

Inexpensive, secure storage option!

No frills, inexpensive storage option! Preparing to place our house on the market, evaluated all storage facilities in/near Leesburg, Va. Able to secure a 15X10 unit at this location $74.00/month cheaper than the least expensive comparable unit available at other facilities! While there are no staff on-premises, met a very pleasant and helpful agent at the site for a quick transaction. Entire property seems reasonably secure, with electronic gate access and barbed-wire topped fencing around the perimeter of the property.

The facility was dirty, with what looked like animal droppings. Overall dirty feeling, made us decide to look elsewhere to store my son's items from college.
