Please read my comments in the review.
The reason I gave 5 stars in most of the categories is because of the patience, professionalism and overall kind demeanor of the property manager, Ariel. The storage space is actually being rented by a senior who is without permanent housing and is on a very fixed income. Ariel told me that discounts are not offered to seniors so she is subject to the regular rate. She was able to take advantage of a special rate going in, but is concerned about upcoming rate increases. She actually moved from one storage company to CubeSmart just to save money. Prayerfully, my friend will be able to move into permanent housing before the rental becomes too exorbitant.

The Move-in Process
The move-in process was simple and easy. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. The facility is also well kept and clean. I was very impressed and remain impressed with Cube-Smart storage. Kudos Cube-Smart keep up the great work!

Easy check in, reasonable price and facility was clean.
My reservation wasn't in their system upon my arrival but they still had the unit that I wanted available. The check-in process was quick and simple. The store associate was very professional and the facility was clean.

Nice place near main road, good customer service
Franco, the manager provided good customer service and gave me the 1st month free promotion with standard rates subsequent months. The place is clean and well lit and near main road. The only feedback is to increase the hours of access to the storage facility.

Lowest specials on larger units.
Limited access. Management says gate closes at 10. If you’re inside after 10, you’re locked in and you’ll need to call for an emergency gate code. Not real Smart.
After cutting through the pleasantries, management stated the specials last 6 months then rise 20%.
Units are undersized.
Saw a light bulb in the unit. It does not illuminate. Changed bulb, pulled string. Nada.

Best to shop around
I found the same unit down the street at public storage for $30 less. And the unit was cleaner. When I asked the manager on duty if they'd plan to clean it before I rented it his reply was "we'll probably sweep it out first ". Just shop around for the best deal and customer service before making a decision.

Easy move and great value

I was telephoned by a nice guy several times to assure I had what I needed. I was dealt with fast and appropriately when I got there. The only complaint was a required insurance payment - not indicated on your website. Customers don't like surprise charges.

CubeSmart delivers safe, secure, clean storate at a semi-premium price
I had a 10x30 unit for almost a year. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and were very quick to assist and answer any/all questions I had. The facility was very clean, the security made me feel comfortable to store my belongings, and the access hours were very accommodating. My only "gripe" is that the cost was a bit on the higher-end. $300/mo for a 10x30, non-temperature controlled unit seems a bit high in my opinion, however the prices are competitive for this area. With that being said, the quality of service and quality of the facilities did seem to make the price a bit more reasonable. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to others, and if I had to use them again, I would.

Watch out for size dishonesty.
We ordered a 10 by 10 unit, and the onsite manager first took us to a unit that was 9.5 feet wide, but only eight feet deep! There was no way that space would fit my belongings. Fortunately, after expressing my displeasure, the manager took us to a unit that was the correct size. He said sizes at this facility are approximates. Similarly, prices that are listed don't include the mandatory purchase of insurance that costs an additional $12 to $50 per month, or the $22 admin fee. The contract also includes a clause that they can make you move all your stuff within 30 days for any reason they choose; I don't know if this is standard.

VERY HELPFUL AND KIND
As soon as i walked in i was greeted, i was unsure about the size of the storage locker i went online and i had gotten a 5x10 as soon as i saw it i knew it was not big enough and i asked them what else they had and if any apply to the 1st month free and i found my perfect storage locker 8x10 inside. It was such a friendly place and i am happy to have a storage locker with cube smart!! Thank you guys!! highly recomend!!!

Great move-in experience
I have yet to actually move my belongings in - I only "moved in" insomuch as I signed my lease, purchased a lock, and reviewed my storage space. However, the customer service experience was fantastic. I came in with my foot in a walking boot so Andrea kindly took me via golf cart to my space to check it out. She was friendly and courteous. The space is convenient and clean. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of price. It's the most affordable space in the area for a 5x10 but it still seems pretty pricey to me. Not sure it's worth it for my non-value belongings but I'll maintain it anyway.

Easy to get set up. Available cart not 100%, but usable. Keypad issue was resolved between my trips to the facility. Walk through gate is missing. Seems to make facility less secure.

First time storage facility renter
The first contact of someone on-line was great & she set up a tentative reservation of a 5'x10' space & did a good job of qualifying my needs as I explained it to her. When I arrived at the facility, they took me to look at the space & figured out we needed a bigger door to access the space. The paperwork was a bit tedious & didn't realize that we would need to pay for insurance every month so that the lower advertised price got back up to the cost of what I had seen at another facility after insurance cost. I let the guy know that we were coming back the same day after hours & when we arrived with the items in a rented truck that needed to be returned that night-our security code didn't work & luckily looked on the card & found an 1-800 # & was able to get in touch with an after-hours person & were given a temporary # to get in...thankfully!!!! The next week when we went the code did finally work! So far, so good since then.
