The survey is forcing me to enter something here so here it goes; Can’t beat the price. I did lose some conveniences as other places, like an elevator, but the unit is decent. No rat/mouse droppings found, which was nice to see. There were stains in my unit (oil based), so I had to tarp the floor, just in case. Otherwise The sign-up and check in was easy. I didn’t have to bother anyone and nobody bothered me. That’s all we can ask for in life.

Great service tailored to my individual needs

I was helped by your representative, Errol, at this facility and he was extremely helpful, very courteous, and suggested several units that could accommodate my needs as a single, senior woman who depends solely on herself. But he was able to suggest what would be easiest for me to unload and load and placed my rentals as close as possible to each other, proving a great aid to me. Rarely do you find someone who takes the time to understand your individual needs and then responds with just the right solution. Whatever the cost -- THE SERVICE AND KINDNESS ARE PRICELESS. A very happy camper!!

Sean M. Is great! I had one problem when I first started renting my unit there over 3 years ago. the young lady that took over handled that issue and I had been very happy with her and then sad to see her leave. The thought of having a new person take over actually worried me! Not the case at all!!! Sean is very courteous, keeps the property very clean (and that seems to be difficult at this property due to the way the wind moves around the units. I have seen trash fly over the fence after being cleaned personally), knows my name, and asks me about my day when he sees me!!! :) I really haven't met a person this awesome in a long time. On the other side he seems to know how to handle every situation the correct way. (story) A customer came in and had a lot of questions. The new customer was very upset at first. (must have been having a bad day) There were 3 of us total in the the little office Sean M., so to say it was tight is being nice. LOL Sean M. answered all the questions and offered us all a water. I think the water must have been magic! because the upset customer calmed down after a drink or two. Sean M. finished his paperwork, gave the man his change, welcomed him to the property, and explained where his unit was on the map. We "all" stood there smiling patiently and took our turns in order to handle the commerce we had to do with Sean M.. I know I could have made this shorter, but I want everyone to know that Sean M. is doing a great job for the company and the clients. I'll be keeping this unit as long as needed and referring this location out to anyone that needs a storage unit. Well done Sean M.... Well done.

Size is off.

I measured the space today. I should have done it before, I figured I shouldn't need to. It's supposed to be 10X5. It is 10 feet wide, but not 5 feet deep. It's about 51" deep. I think it will do, but I'm a little perturbed.
