Friendly, helpful manager. Convenient access to the facility.
Having never needed a storage facility before I appreciate how well the process went. The manager was very friendly, helpful and explained options if my needs change. As a potter moving a lot of heavy boxes and equipment, it was great to be given a unit close to the building entrance on the ground floor. Access to the facility and the "open" hours are convenient.

Below quality
First two weeks the gates didn't shut or lock causing the units alarms to not be engaged and anyone was able to come in and out as they chose whether they had a unit or not.

This facility is the most professional, honest and descent of all available in the area. I have had exceptional service, professional and quality storage space and services, and the management is second to none.I searched for several days for the best value in storage, and to find Money Saver Storage yielded not only the best value, but the best experience! These people are Rip offs. The unit they rented me smelled of urine! Then I was told I would have to move to a larger unit since this one was the only size left!They wanted to charge me a fee to move into another unit so I just moved out! What a Nightmare!!

Went here for price, didn't expect them to blow away the big guys on cleanliness and security, but they sure did!
Made my reservation through selfstorage.com, and received a call from Bruce within 5 minutes, no joke. Their security system is seriously light years beyond what "the second largest national chain" has (the green one). You pretty much have to buy the special lock that they sell there, but hey, it's a better lock. And not a bad price for it. Online discount plus a special on the first 2 months... and pretty much the nicest, most down to earth folks you'd want to meet. I mentioned I had a kid, and she goes and grabs a stuffed animal and gives it to me! What? Who does that? Happy to recommend them.
