Overall I am happy with the facility, how ever the 9 pm close time (no exceptions) I my opinion is too early and I would be much happier if it was open till 11pm.

Not Transparent on Pricing

They totally sell you on a low price and fail to disclose that the price will increase in months and keep increasing! 4 price increases in less than 2 years. They know you are not going to go through the hassle of moving. Just got notice of a $26 a month jump.

Very nice storage facility

The staff is very professional and helpful. Site is very clean and easy to navigate. It would’ve been nice if I was told about paying for the lock and the monthly insurance charge when I was initially contacted to set up storage arrangements. It is somewhat misleading. It was $61 not $25 to move in.

Recently signed up for a lease to store all of my apartment-clogging items in preparation for the big move day. Let me tell you, I've never been treated with such a lively welcome since I last walked into a dealership to get a new car. Not only is the storage facility well maintained, but their prices are affordable for short or long term arrangements. Need a place for random clutter? They got you covered. Don't want to spend alot per month on storage? They got you. Want to cancel the next month for no reason? No problem, they got you. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself ЁЯШО

Costs more than told!

You staff is nice and facility is good. I am very upset that prior to renting neither when pre registering or reserving or when speaking to staff about renting and costs, no one or nothing mentioned having to buy a lock or insurance. My confirmation email said it would be $1 for the first month and a one time fee of $24 for a total of $25. It cost me more than twice that! Bait and switch?

Why such a cost difference?

The staff I interacted with at both locations were 5 star. My 4 star review is the stark difference between the 2 properties and the rental rates. I thought it was interesting that the first property was old and made from plywood. Although the buildings appeared clean, the musty oder was very noticeable. The rent, a special Labor Day rate of 50% off the normal rate was $60, meaning this property and a 5x10 unit normally rented for $120/month. I ended up renting a space approximately 2 miles up Highway 99 for $83/month. The move in special there was $1 rent for the first month and $83 the regular rate for this unit. What a stark contrast. The $83 unit is in a 2 year old building, clean, bright and fresh. Easy access, w/ steel doors. More of what I was expecting in a storage unit. Why such a difference in rates ... and a higher "regular rate" for the older, not as nice property. Just something to think about. I am very happy with the unit,the size and the property where I am now.

Very clean establishment. A little high on pricing. I don't like that i had to pay for an expensive lock when i had my own that had already been purchased for my move. Staff was friendly.

Amber was very friendly and helpful. She could not have worked harder to set my mind at ease and get me set up with storage. She talked, smiled, listened attentively, was very outgoing, gave me a guided tour, showed me how to put my code into the elevator. I have never had an experience like this at any storage business ever. She was great. I would definitely recommend your new facility to friends and family based off my interaction with her alone. She worked very hard to get my business. Amber is a keeper don't waste good talent.

Dedicated Customer Service

I showed up 15 minutes late one day and just needed some boxes to move stuff into my garage for staging the house we were selling. Gary saw me and opened up the store to help me out. I have since spent hundreds of dollars on boxes and storage space and this location got all of my business because they earned it! I'd use them again in a heart-beat! Thanks, Team!

I made the mistake of assuming an "inside unit" would be climate controlled. When I got to the location, they informed me that it was not a climate controlled unit, but didn't stop there. The woman then proceeded to find a location that had a unit I needed as well as called to ensure they had an available appointment for me if I drove straight over. The Mukilteo Speedway location is a great facility and Karlyn and Amber were fantastic at getting everything set up for me on short notice. The entire process had the potential to be a nightmare trying to find a new place with everything loaded down in my car already, but these ladies (and the woman at the other location - I can't remember her name) made the process stress-free.

Rental Process

I was surprised how easy it was to get the rental taken care. It only took about 20 minutes and the process was completed. That included filling out the application online, meeting with the Staff (very efficient and knowledgeable of the process) and discussing any questions I had. I would recommend this Company and facility to anyone looking for extra storage space.
