Jessie is a pleasure. She is professional and courteous. We have been very pleased with the facility and the pricing. They usually have some amazing deals for first time customers. We ended up needing another storage unit (underestimated all the stuff we have!) which was no fault of the facilities as is was our own. Highly recommend this particular facility. I've moved to Seattle from MD in Aug 1, before I find a apt I need to find somewhere that I can place my stuff, then I found public storage on the Google map, the employees are so friendly, they told me the rules patently, and the price also is good, I will use them next time.
