Friendly custimer service that works hard for those renting from them
The manager at Keylock Storage Pasco is amazing and so kind and willing to work around peoples schedules to make sure that their needs for storage are met. My parents have a unit with them and so i already knew they had fantastic customer service, but working with them as an adult so far has been a great experience.

Decent Facility
I rented a small unit and realized I needed a bigger one, the staff was accommodating and helped me upgrade to a bigger unit. Only downside to this storage is they make you pay for insurance on your storage. You would think since you are paying them to store your stuff they would be responsible for your storage.

up on ariving I notice how clean it looked
The lady at the front desk greeted me by name which made me feel very welcome for starts and I have never been greeted like that at a storage complex before and she was also very friendly and told me everything I needed to know about the unit I was getting Thank you so much Danny Groce renter!

A very nice place
Extremely nice and helpful ladies that work here.. I didn't have a huge load and was surprised when the absolute biggest truck arrived at the storage unit. Of course it didn't fit well and the staff was more than helpful to open the back gate and offer the use of the flat dolly.
I came from the a unit out of state and this place place is by fat the nicest. It is always clean and the staff always friendly.

Clean, well lit, secure, wonderful staff and extended gate hours on request.
Lisa at the front desk is amazing! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable of the area and keeps the place in tip top shape, all with a smile and friendly word to all she encounters. Customer service like she practices is hard to find these days and that alone would bring me back repeatedly. Keylock storage is lucky to have an asset like Lisa who genuinely cares about the best interest of the company that employs her and does an amazing job representing for them.

Amazing storage
Not only did the wonderful lady switch the size of our storage unit when we underestimated the room we needed, but she caught her mistake of overcharging the difference. I loved that I could pick up a lock right in the office for a wonderful price that worked perfect with the original pricing of the storage. Best in tri cities. Will recommend

The attendant at the facility was extremely helpful and kind. She did everything possible to expedite the process and help me keep costs down during a difficult time in my life. It is rare these days to run into service providers who treat customers in such a gracious and personable manner and who go out of their way to be of assistance. I would recommend this facility just on that however the unit was also a good deal. They have some of the best-priced units for the size and set-up. Most of the units are convenient drive-up access and seem to be fairly secure. As an additional bonus, they are also 24-7 access, which is also convenient.

The staff at Key Lock are absolutely wonderful! I've rented a lot of storage units in my time, and have never had a better experience! The manager was friendly and professional, from start to finish! She made us feel welcome, and made the arduous task of renting a unit fun. The grounds are vey well maintained and the units are clean. The manager lives on site, so it's very secure also.
I would defiantly recommend this facility to any one.

I went and met with Cindy. She showed me two different units that I could have and I ended up taking a 5x15 unit. We went back inside the office she showed me locks and furniture covers if I needed them. She explained which locks would work best and be easiest for me if ever needed to get it cut off. We took a quick survey and it was only a 15 minute process where I signed the papers and got the code to the gate. They were kind enough to give me 24 hour access to the gate to move my things in.

i have never found a storage unit that cost so little i will tell all my friends to rent here befor going anywere else i have rented from storage units and payed alot for one thanks for having something so unexpesive and worth having and the lady in the office who help us was very respectfull and the lady who help fix the door was grate as well thank you ladys keep up the good work ow ya can i get a job lol
