Convenient
The location is a nice convenient spot to have storage. The prices are competitive to nearby facilities. Using your phone to press a button and open the doors and use elevators is kinda fun and easy so you don't have to remember codes.

Didn't communicate issues on the property
They failed to tell me while reserving it that the gate is broken. Plus we were told it was 24hr facility and you can't get to ur unit after 9pm

Access Issues
I had issues getting access into the facility. The gate code provide did not work after many attempts and verifying I was typing it in correctly. I had to call the after-hours customer service number (after spending 30 minutes just trying to find the number) and right off the bat they said they couldn’t help me get access until the next morning but then they helped me get access after I told them I needed to access my storage unit that night because there was nowhere else to store my stuff and I had already paid for the storage unit. Public Storage needs to verify that the codes they are giving out actually work or provide an easy after-hours help line so people can still get access to their units if there is an issue.

This is the nicest storage unit ever!

Clean and secure
The facility is very clean and I feel like my belongings are secure in this facility. There are a few fees and other expenses that I wasn’t expecting upon moving in, but other than that my move in experience was pleasant. The staff was very kind and made sure I knew all of their policies.

Thank you for being open during this virus outbreak...
The people are friendly and the place is clean with great security. This is the virus that has affected hours so that is a little inconvenient but understandable. I did find a flaw in their system which does add to an inconvenience if you find yourself moved into the storage unit within less than a few days and it not being large enough... you're not able to switch to a different unit without paying full price and not honor the online price besides that everything was smooth. The lesson just make sure the unit is large enough, lol...

Honestly I love the location it's a great place I'm not the far from the storage it really good with prices and what storage units size your looking for there customer service is very kind and very friendly they say hi and how are u right when u walk in and there well dressed for there job and the vibe and Ora is very welcoming and nice and they say have a great day when u leave. Also the cleaners is very well maintained and spotless it's nice. The only issue I don't like are the hours I wish they could stay open at least till like 8 or 9 so when I get off work I can actruly stop bye there if I need to grab a few things. Also overall the customer service is great with the cleaners location prices and the feeling welcomed ora.

i went on line to get the best price...
i went on line to get the best price and make a reservation for a locker at Public Storage, I received a phone call 1 minute and 15 seconds later from the nice manager, it was near closing time for them but she said she would wait for me if she had to, (no sweat since i work on the other side of their fence at the airport) Facility pretty new and security is outstanding with 3 checkpoint keypads i had to pass through.

Fantastic Customer Service
I just moved to the area and needed a secure place to store my belongs. I worked with Bulinda at the Puyallup location and she was fantastic. Very friendly and walked me through the entire process. The facility is extremely clean and was very impressed by all of the security. Very glad I chose Public Storage.

After searching around at several different storage facilities. I was getting discouraged from them either offering a clean/safe unit but too high in price or being the right price but unkept/sketchy. I was referred by a friend to this facility in Puyallup. I was pleased to see that the staff was friendly & attentive, respectful & understanding of my urgency to rent under my emergency move out situation. They offered a bigger unit then any other facilities, at a fair price, well kept unit that I feel extremely safe storing all of my belonging in. I absolutely will & have recommend you guys to all my friends, family & church family as well!
